Berlusconi's bum note

Silvio Berlusconi has always been an idiosyncratic politician, to say the least, and it comes as little surprise to hear that he's caused a fuss in trying a backhanded compliment to American President-elect Barack Obama. I know very little about Italy or Italians but I sincerely hope that their unattractive head of state simply represents them and is not representative of them.
